These terms and conditions govern your use of the website brewline.co and any purchases you make through it. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Baarlijk B.V., registered in the Netherlands, operates the Brewline brand and website. All references to "Brewline", "we", "us", or "our" refer to Baarlijk B.V.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law.
Pre-orders and pricing
Brewline products are available for pre-order. When you place a pre-order, a refundable deposit of €5 is charged immediately to reserve your place. The remaining balance will be charged when your order is ready to ship.
All prices are listed in euros (EUR). For visitors outside the eurozone, approximate prices may be shown in USD for convenience; the actual charge will always be processed in EUR.
Payment processing is handled securely by Mollie, a licensed payment service provider based in the Netherlands. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
Shipping and delivery
Full details on shipping rates, delivery times, and available destinations can be found on our shipping page.
Risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to you upon delivery. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns
Our full returns policy is available on our returns page.
You have a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition. We will issue a full refund once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Brewline is crafted from food-grade 304 stainless steel (18/8), chosen for its durability and corrosion resistance. We stand behind the quality of our products; if you believe your Brewline has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
Intellectual property
All content on brewline.co, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and branding, is the property of Baarlijk B.V. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Dutch law, Baarlijk B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or any products purchased through it.
Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Dispute resolution
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of Utrecht, the Netherlands.
We encourage you to contact us first if you have a concern. In most cases, we can resolve issues directly without formal proceedings.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be published on this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
