What to expect
Order confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This typically arrives within minutes.
Tracking number
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.
Delivery
Brewline ships in compact, letterbox-friendly packaging. No signature is required, so you do not need to be home to receive your order.

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed in the rates table above, it falls under our "Rest of World" rate. At checkout, you will see the exact shipping cost for your location. If you have any trouble placing an order, please get in touch and we will help.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Click the link to see the current status and estimated delivery date. If you have not received a tracking email within three business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if the estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us. We will investigate with our carrier and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Our shipping prices do not include customs duties or import taxes. These charges, if applicable, are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. For EU orders, VAT is included at checkout, so no additional charges apply on delivery.
