Returns policy

30-day hassle-free returns

  • 30-day return window: you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Original condition: the product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
  • Return shipping: return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If you received a defective item, we cover the shipping.
  • Refund timeline: your refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned product.

Email us at hello@brewline.co with your order number. We will confirm your return within one business day.

Ship it back

Pack your Brewline securely and send it to the address we provide. For defective items, we supply a prepaid return label.

Get your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Returns

Unfortunately, we can only accept returns of unused products in their original packaging. If your Brewline is defective, however, please contact us and we will find a solution.

Once we receive your returned product, we inspect it within one to two business days. Your refund is then processed within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe your Brewline has a manufacturing defect, please get in touch at hello@brewline.co with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if possible. Our team will respond within two business days and work with you to find a solution.
